I've created an organisation chart.  Somehow I can't see the lines or
borders.  I've checked the no-line and it is set to automatic (black).  I can
see the lines in slide and screen view but not in normal view.  I want to see
the lines.  I've even reinstalled powerpoint.

Hi Jennie

Try playing with the graphics hardware acceleration:
How to set graphics hardware acceleration back
http://www.pptfaq.com/FAQ00129.htm

And if using 2007 make sure you have a local printer driver installed (even
if there isn't a physical local printer):

Hope that helps :-)
