Can anyone tell me the best format to run video in power oint?  We have a
presentation with a large number of video files and they aren't all running
properly 100% of the time.

Leslie,

How long is a piece of string?

There is no single answer :)

Each format (and codec) has their own plus and negative points.

Probably the easiest option would be to run the troublesome videos through
PFC (plays for certain)

Long enough to reach from one end to the other.

(Abraham Lincoln didn't say that but probably would have if you'd asked)
