I am creating a slide that shows a map of the US.  I would like to be able to
hide text boxes until I mouse over a particular city.  When the mouse pointer
is over the city, the text box would appear.  When I move the pointer off the
city, the text box disappears.  Can someone tell me how to do this?

Thanks for the tip.  Can I change the font size for the screen tip?

Not easily. You can alter it globally for your PC in the control panel >
Display > Appearance > Tooltip (May not work in all OS and ppt versions)
