Is it possible to share a powerpoint file like you can 'share workbook' in
excell?

Also, is it possible to have changes made by multiple users accessing the
same file automaticallly updated to the other files?

Thanks

Hi,

For multiple users, you would need something like SharePoint Server so it
can be checked in and out. apart from that, you cans end a document for
review.IN 2007, the user can use the Review tab. In previous versions such
as 2003, you can go File| Send to| Mail recipient (for Review).
