I'm trying to insert movies (.wmv) files in the powerpoint slides which has
it's caption saved in Microsoft Access database. I can get the movie to play
in the powerpoint slides but not with caption. I can play it in the media
player with changed default settings to play caption files however, even
after changing the defaluts of Media Player, the caption is not being
displayed in the slides. Does any one have the solution to this?

You will have to use the Windows Media Player (control) to do this as the
MCI player used in PowerPoint can't play captioning.

So how do I use the WMP control in power point? or do I have to put a link to
the file on the slide that opens WMP? Later is not an option for me. Thanks.
