I have music in mpeg4 iTunes and I want to use it in a PPT presentation. When
I try and add the file it will not let me. How can I make this work?

Itunes downloads normally have DRM protection. PowerPoint will not load DRM
protected files as it would be considered distributing the file. There are
probably ways round this but you will need to Google for yourself.

Hi Doug,

I just released a new version of Presio, which is a rich media
authoring tool that allows you to create audio/video presentations
with synchronized PowerPoint slides.  The tool also imports a variety
of media file formats including mpeg4 files from iTunes.

I actually created a screencast that shows you how to use Presio to
convert an mpeg4 iTunes file into a Windows Media file and embed it
for playback within PowerPoint.  Here's the step-by-step screencast:
http://www.ipresent.net/support/tutorials/import-mpeg4/index.html

Also, Presio is a free download so you can use it to convert and
export media files without any limitations.  Give it a shot and let me
know how you make out.  You can download Presio here:

Good luck and let me know if you have any questions.
