We have a problem with a customer trying to install an add-in on Powerpoint
2000 and 2003 on various machines. The add-in appears to install ok but the
toolbar doesnt appear - there is no reference to it in add-ins and if you try
to install it again - manually or by running the exe it says it is already
installed. Othere add-ins install with no problem

We have tried to recreate the problem but it always installs correctly.

Please can anyone advise which direction we should be looking in to try and
solve this.

If the add-in is not loaded then check the macro settings on that machine.
Also, there may be an issue of missing files on that machine or a compile
error in the add-in when load, if the add-in is a PPA.
