Seems like you have a toolbar in your powerpoint. So you can better disable
the toolbar to avoid getting this message box and get a proper version of the
toolbar if you need to use it...

Check the add-ins list. Office Button | PPT Options | Add-ins. See if
there's anything listed in the "disabled" section. If so, that's probably
the culprit. If not, it's probably one of the active ones. You can disable
all the add-ins and re-enable them one at a time until you find the problem
add-in. (Of course, that means you'll need to disable them all and re-launch
PPT each time you re-enable one.)
