I have installed PPT Merge (from PPT Tools) and this has removed the Adobe
Presenter button from the toolbar. The PPT Merge button is now where it was.
I can see the Presenter add-in (.ppa) when I go Tools>Add-Ins, but although
I can select it, it does not appear in the .ppa file name box, so I can't add
it.
Anyone know why please?
Macco.

You should probably contact the author of PPTools. He's usually here in this
newsgroup, but you may reach him faster via the official support channels.

For what it's worth, this isn't something we've seen reported here, so I
doubt it's a common problem.

As I explained by email, it did nothing of the sort.  Something else may have
caused the Presenter button to go awol, but neither Merge nor any of our other
add-ins meddle with other add-ins or their toolbars.
