I am doing a 2007 powerpoint presentation and I inputed a video, I am needing
to send it through e-mail to my instructor but can't figure out how she can
view the video part on her end. Can this even be done without having to put
on a cd?

Before you insert the video into your presentation, put the video file into the same folder as you presentation and then insert it, as you will then have to send the both the video and the presentation to you instructor. Once your presentation is complete I would zip up the files and then send them.
