I am trying to embed a Wav file into a powerpoint using PPT 07. I have
increased the size under the size options to go up to 2500 kb (2.5 mb). I am
trying to insert a sound that is 1.6 mb. after inserting the sound file ithe
sound properties always shows the path to the file on my hard drive. I need
to give this to someone and need it embedded. Any ideas on correcting this?
Thanks in advance.
Is it definitely a wav file? Did you insert the file AFTER changing the
limit? You cannot embed already inserted linked sounds.
What you have done should work but why not up the limit to 50000kb and try
that (delete the sound and re-insert it).

I'm sure John wasn't trying to be rude, he just forgot to add the link :-)
Sounds/Movies don't play, images disappear or links break when I move or
email a presentation

Was that the one you meant John?
