Continuously loop first 13 slides and then when I hit escape

presentation starts on slide 14 and the manually click thru the rest of the
presentation. How do I make this happen?

set the slideshow

SlideShow ->Setup Show->Slide Show
You can set SlideShow Start from 14th slide
