I was wondering if there was a way to get more sound effects for my
powerpoint slides then the options they give you?

You can use any WAV file as a "sound effect."

There are sites that offer you free sound effects. One example is
http://www.flashkit.com. If you are looking for more, try searching for them
through search engines.
