Right click on the edge of the textbox or buttons, select hyperlink.
Enter the url and click ok.

Once you have created the hyperlink on the text, you should see the text
changed to blue and underlined. You will need to go into slide show view and
click on the text to get hyperlinked to the url.

You won't until you run the slideshow, and click on the text box.
