When i go to "View-master-slide master " I am able to create a title master. However when I exit to the normal view I do not see my Title Master on Slide 0. Instead I see my normal slide master What version of PowerPoint do you have? Instead I see my normal slide master You also have to apply the title slide layout to the the first slide. in 2003 go "Format - Slide Layout" and on the panel on the right select the "Title Slide" (should be the first one). In 2007 go "Layout" on the Home Ribbon and select "Title Slide" from there. That will apply whatever you've set in yout Title Master to the current slide.
