I have a .ppa file that I want to look at the code within.
Is there anyway to convert (or reverse engineer) a .ppa file to a .pps again?
I fear its not possible.

The link Vindys pointed you to will allow you to view the code in a PPA *if*
it's not password-protected. If you can view the code, you can copy it into a
new blank PPT file and save that as PPT.
If the code is protected, it's because the author doesn't want you to mess with
it, and it'd be best to respect that wish. Particularly when the author/owner
is MS and can squash offenders like annoying bugs. <g>
Now if they'd just squash the annoying bugs in the software ...
