My company is using PowerPoint 2003 and we recently changed our company
colors.  We have 13 colors that we want to set in PowerPoint to use as
default colors when working on charts.

Can anyone suggest how to do this so that all users when they open a
PowerPoint template will get these colors when they are creating charts.

Thanks.

Take a look at this. You'll need to provide charts with modified color
palettes for your users to copy and change the data on.
