I am running Office 2007 and XP.  Everytime I try and insert video on
a PP presentation it crashes my PC.

Any idea on what may be causing this or is there any known issue or
fix.

Thanks,

M

What form of video?  Powerpoint directly supports extremely limited formats.

Try PFCMedia and see if it helps sort it out.

There's a free 2-week trial. http://www.playsforcertain.com/

Otherwise, these tutorials about PowerPoint and multimedia may help:
