In a powerpoint presentation I have created, I included 2 arrow images
in the top for navigating back/forward through the slides (when mouse-
clicked on, of course).
I would like to disable the keypress events on the keyboard arrow
keys, so that the view of the presentation can only navigate through
the presentation using the arrows provided in the interface.
Is this achievable?

You can disable all (except esc) keyboard interaction with Slide show > Set
up Show > Kiosk mode.
This will also disable on click animations. If you need these see here for a
workaround:
