I'm pretty familiar with ppt, but am getting an error when trying to save a
presentation - acts like it's saving, but says "Press ESC to cancel save"
then doesn't save.  This is a large slide show and I'm wondering if it's just
too big for the program to handle?? Tried different formats and destinations,
but no luck.

Thanks for any input!!

You get that message in 2007 when saving is going to take a long time. This
is often when you save large presentations as a .ppt  file in compatibility
mode.

Do you press ESC when you see that message?  If so, it won't save (because ESC =
Cancel the save).  What happens if you just leave it alone for a while?
