we need to be able to view on the computer monitor without projecting them
through the LCD projector. Can it be done? (using PowerPoint 200).
Please and thanks,

If you have not a projector to show your powerpoint why not have a try
on DVD player? The software PPT2DVD can convert your presentations to
DVD format and then you can play your presentations on DVD player.

Hi Alex,
I'm a bit confused about what your solution has to do with this poster's
problem. He said he has a projector and a monitor. He wants to see/preview
other slides on the monitor without changing what is on the projector. How
exactly do you think converting to DVD will provide an answer to this, or
are you just using spam-vertising techniques again?

If you are using a dual screen presentation method, you can use the edit
window to scan ahead to the next slide(s).
The last number on the version is very important and was cut off in your
post, which is it? 2000, 2002, 2003, 2007?
I have a custom solution I built because I do not like presenter's view.
Will you be using your own computer to do this or will you be using a shared
one?
