Voting and creating a graph during a presentation

Hello,

I want to create a slide in a PowerPoint Presentation where the audience can
vote for one of four options, and their votes to be shown as a graph on
screen. I know that I could animate a graph to open when I click, and I could
then type in the numbers, but I feel this looks unprofessional. Is there any
way to type the numbers into a text box (from the Control Toolbox) and have
these generate the graph? Or is there any other way of doing this (without
needing any additional software or downloads)?

Thanks

we use a company called iml

all depends on your budget though.

Most audience response systems will do this, and there are a number that
integrate with PowerPoint. Turning Point is a good one:

Otherwise, you could set your Windows display to "extend" and then run the
presentation on the secondary monitor (the projector). That allows you to
make changes on your system and have the display update. I find this clumsy,
but I know a number of people who love to run this way. Alternatively, you
could use something like PowerShow:

As well as the other ideas if you are just looking for a basic method (but
FREE!) then there's an example in our vba section.
