When I create a new text box with reshare text to fit text" under PPT 2007,
if I add text in the box, the text box will always expand on the right and
on the bottom whatever alignment option is selecter (align bottom, center
text, align right...)

this anchoring option used to work up to 2003 but does not work any more.

SP1 did not fix this

Dear Microsoft team could you please fix this bug or explain us how to use
this anchoring option in you new 2007 version ?

PS. set "do not autofit" option is not an clean option !

I have just sent a request to get the patch.

Surprisingly, it is not included in the SP1....

If it works, you saved my life.

Thanks a lot

John,

thanks a lot for the tip. It did save me a lot of time and nerves
Almost all cases have been solved by MS team.

The only bug that remains is the center anchoring that is still bugged.

Even though the patch is not officially released, I did not notice any
regression problems o other functionalities.
