When I've got the smartart process as i want it to look (i.e. colours/font/effect), can I make that the default for all future smartart diagrams I create (i.e. same colour/font/effect)? many thanks, Helen You would have to create a theme that uses these settings, as that's where the SmartArt diagrams pick up their settings from. Unfortunately, there's not a way to set your default SmartArt.
