Using the newest version of Power Point I created an organization chart. I
want to use the chart and add to it going down layers of staff. I need to
take the original box size and make it smaller so that I can fit more on the
page. How do I make all the boxes the same size besides clicking on one at a
time and draging the corner. Is there another was to resize the boxes all at
once?

The objects in the SmartArt diagram should all resize when you drag the
corner of the diagram.
I think you can maybe press Shift, select all the shapes you want to size,
and then type in the dimensions on the Size chunk on the Ribbon. Oh, no, I
just tried it -- that size chunk (on the SmartArt Tools | Format tab)
applies only to the diagram as a whole. I think clicking and dragging might
be your only option.

When you add shapes do the boxes not resize automatically?
