Hi,

One of my users has lost the default clipart.  She was putting together a
powerpoint slide and she says that PP gave an error and now all her clipart
is gone.  Where could it have gone?  I searched around but cannot find
anyplace that specifies a location for the clip art.  Well, I see in Word |
Options | File Locations that there is a spot for it.  But when I checked my
system the location is blank and my system still works correctly.

Any thoughts on how to recover her clip art?

Thanks in advance,
Linn

Maybe just reinstall it by running Office setup in Windows Add/Remove
Programs and choosing custom install.

Does she really need clipart installed on her computer? Show her how to
include online cliparts (either thru the ClipArt task pane or directly on
http://office.microsoft.com ) and how to use (and download) those. This
online collection is more up-to-date and is updated regularly, so that you
don't bore your audience with old clipart which they have seen a gazillion
times.

Best regards,
Ute

Can she see the Cliparts when she starts the Clip Organizer from "Programs /
Microsoft Office / Microsoft Office Tools"? This program has a "Detect and
Repair" command in "Help" - maybe it solves the problem.
