I have a coworker who wants to do a presentation with powerpoint 2002. She
will be sending this to people via email that have 2003. She would like to
know if they open the presentation with 2003, will it have any formatting
problems because the versions are slightly different?

Thanks in advance

It will be fine compatible from PPT 2002 to PPT 2003.

There are very few differences between 2002 and 2003. She is unlikely to
run into any problems from that. In fact, she is more likely to run into
problems just from the differences in computers, such as fonts installed.
