slowing down in "insert picture from files"

I tried "insert picture from files" in Powerpoint.
But, the file/directory open took about 1 min.

How can I resolve this problem?
I did "disk defragmenting" already...

Please help. Thanks.

also are you trying to insert a picture from your 'local' hard disk - or
from a network drive?

Local hard disc.

And, I can't find OISCatalog.cag in my computer..
