I am using the Radial Template in PowerPoint.  A random line appears on my
printed slides and handouts, but not on the screen.  The line cuts through
the title on every slide.  How do I get rid of the line?  It is not appearing
on the master slide.

I discovered it is the template's green border which is showing up in the
title area.  I ungrouped the elements in the master slide and deleted the
border.  That took care of the line problem.
