opening up mulitple windows of Powerpoint

I have two monitors connected to my computer.  I can open up separate windows
in Excel and in Word (Office 2000).  
I am unable to figure out how to open separate instances of Powerpoint so
that I can compare one presentation to the next . . .and copy and paste
easily.

Any suggestions?
