What are you trying to save as? For most items, the Save As is available by clicking on the Office Button and selecting Save As. What you don't find there will probably be found under the publish

PowerPoint 2007, you mean? Click the "Office Button" (looks kind of like a
pizza) in the upper left corner of the screen.

this webpage shows what the 'office' button looks like. I find it helps if
you think of the new office button as the old 'file' menu.
