Sometimes I get sent PPS with beautiful music on it. Where can I find the
file that goes with the music, so I can use it in another PPS?

Thank you
Katherine

if there did not come a soundfile with the presentation (as a separate
file), the sound is embedded. You can save the presentation as a website and
search for the soundfiles in the folder, that is created.

You have to do it like this:
- File / Save as webpage / Save as: Web Page *.htm *.html
- Go the Windows explorer and search for the folder with the name of your
presentation
- inside the folder you find the WAV
