I've searched the site but could not find an answer to my need.  I would like
to make a B size landscape single .ppt file with headings created with Text
Boxes and windows of a .doc, .xls and project manager file.  So far I have no
way to figure it out except some after market software.  Is it possible.  The
goal is to either update the .xls for Project manger file in their respective
places and have them automatically update the .ppt view which would be
published as a report.  Thanks for any help!

In general, if you select content in, say, Excel and copy it, you can then
choose Edit, PasteSpecial and put a check next to Link.  When you then paste,
you get a link that will update itself whenever you open the PPT file.

If the source file (ie, the XLS) changes, so does the copy of it in PPT.
