need powerpoint plugin for hi-quality 3d buttons

Crystal Graphics does not have a video-quality 3d button plugin.
I need glossy, embossed buttons, with transparent drop shadows like the
example posted here: http://members.aceweb.com/richardhurn/sample.jpg

Anyone know where I can buy such a plugin so I don't have to make my own in
photoshop?

These kind of effects are available in PowerPoint 2007 natively.
