How do I record from my built in CD player on my laptop to my Power Point
show and then save it for future use?

That will require that you "rip" the CD.  Warning, do NOT use Windows Media
Player for this.  Do a Google search, lots of free ones out there.

Now with that said, be careful that you are not violating copyright laws.

i suggest that you use free mp3 or wav converters that are available
for free on the net. Then you insert the converted mp3/wav into your
ppt.
