All, I need to embed a movie in a presentation. How to do that? Thanks for all your answers. Kind regards, Max. Max, Movies are linked, not embedded. You can insert one using Insert>Movies & Sounds>Movie from File (In 2007, Insert tab>Media Clips group>Movie.) Make sure that the movie file is in the same folder as the PowerPoint file, before you insert it. If you send it to someone, or put it on a CD, you have to include the movie file.
