Marcelo

What are you hoping to achieve

e.g
- have more than one person edit the file at the same time?
- or just place the file in a folder so everyone can access the file?

cheers

I am trying to do the same thing and want to be able to have multiple people
open & file at the same time and be able to edit and re-save the document.
Is this possible without using Sharepoint?

Thanks,
