Print notes with outline in PowerPoint 2003

Printing slides uses a lot of paper. I prefer to print the outline view to
use when I am presenting, however I am unable to print the notes that go
along with each slide if I do this.

Is there anyway to include notes when printing only the outline view? I'm
using PowerPoint 2003.
