Without the new Excel, I don't see how you'd be able to create, edit, or otherwise
use the new Excel charts.
So as near as I can tell, your choices are to apply the registry change John's
suggested and go forward with MSGraph charts, or to get Excel 2007.
If you opt for Excel 2007, I'd compare prices carefully and see if it's not
feasible just to get the entire Office 2007 package for not too much extra.
