Power Point 2007 ( trial version ) ,  Vista Home Premium SP1
I am new in this. I have 2 questions :
1.) I have been using pp to create pictures presentation with embedded
music. I got help on " embedding " part. My question now is : is there a way
to insert pictures by a bunch, NOT one at a time ? Most of my picture
folders contain double digit quantity.
2.) I have read tutorials about inserting videos. But, I want to " embed "
the videos so that my e-mail recipients can view them. Is there a software
for that too ?
Thank you.      t-4-2

Just to clarify you CAN send the video file along with the presentation so
that recipients can view it. You CAN'T embed in the presentation.

I have read the links you gave me. Inserting video won't work. I can see and
hear them ok, but not my recipients.
Do they have to have 2007 version but not older ?
Please show me how. Thank you.

I have downloaded the PFCExpress. Have the Add-in on the Power Point tool
bar.
But can't figure out how to use it.
I inserted the video
Clicked Add-in
Clicked PFCExpress
Didn't know how to proceed after that as I did not have the window I was
expecting to
see, the PFCExp window.
(Tried to send in a screenshot for illustration, but file too large for
newsgroup.)

I'm sure that Austin Myers the author for PFCExpress will pop in and answer
your question. FWIW, this is a text only NG and attachments are frowned
upon.
