Can Publisher 2003 open last file worked on by default?

Most of the time, I'm opening last week's file to update it for this week.
Would like to have Publisher open it automatically for me. Can it do that?
Don't think it matters, but I use WinXP pro.

No such luck.

Make a shortcut to the Publisher file and double click on that will open the
file in Publisher.
