Can someone tell me how to rotate or resize a blank page
so I can create a tri-fold brochure from scratch? I need
it to be 11 1/2 x 8 1/2 instead of 8 1/2 x 11 1/2.

Why create one from scratch when there are templates already laid out in the
configuration you need? Just add/delete/modify the text boxes and graphics
as needed.

Setup the page to landscape... File, page setup.
