I'm trying to print on precut odd sized paper.. Or an odd sized envelope from
Microsoft Publisher.  Under File, Page Set Up, Layout, I set my page up for
the size of the paper I'm printing on, but File, Page Set Up, Printer & Paper
forces me to chose a standardized option (Letter, legal).  So how would I
print on say, a 7x10 sheet of paper.. Store bought greeting card invitations.
This is just one example.. I have encountered this problem before.. So I'm
not looking for a way to work around a problem.. I need to know how this is
done correctly, because I'm getting into card making.. Unless your work
around works for all kinds of sizes, then that's just as well!

Any websites you can direct me to will also be greatly appreciated.

I have printed my cards on 10 x 7 paper forever. You must setup your printer first. I
have an Epson and a HP, both will allow a custom size setting.

Once you setup the printer, Publisher should reflect it in the page setup dialog.
