I cant save as High Resolution jpg??? Help

How do i save my complete
publisher file as a high resaolution jpg. When I click "save as" and scroll
down to jpg then hit save I dont get any choices of what .jpg quality I want.
It automatically saves low res. Help me please.

Look close at the dialog, above the option to save as a jpg there is a change button.

You can also, select all, group, right-click and save as a picture, you will have the
option to change to 300 dpi.

Or you can make PDF from it and after it is done, go to the Camera Icon,
select the page from corner to corner.
Now it is possible to Paste in too the photo editor. You can save after that
in any file you like,
