I'm working on a 36 page catalog for a tool company. The Publisher document
was given to me as a two page spread of 9 double sided pages, the paper size
is 17 x 11. I have a printer that will automatically print both sides. But
the owner needs to be able to print one catalog or 10 or 100 with the push
of ONE button. Now I have to print 9 seperate documents, then complie them
and staple them together etc. I know I can combine all 9 documents into ONE
document but I'm not sure how to print it ! And can I add pages and will the
pages adjust themselves (you know front and back)? Can anyone understand? and
HELP me? Thanks,
Publisher automatically places pages in the correct order, with a duplex printer it
will print in the correct order as well.
File, Page setup, booklet. Setup your printer for the 17 x 11 paper size. Publisher
will reflect this in the page setup. Publisher will ask about 4 pages, click yes,
insert 32 more pages. Arrange your margins.
Copy and paste the catalog pages to this new publication.

Mary, Thanks!
