Making Template

I have been asked to produce some lable templates for use within MSPub.

It would be simple, relatively, to generate an n-up template and save as
a pub file, with, for instance, three columns and ten rows with
appropriate gutters and margins -- assuming some way could be found to
keep these things from shifting.

But the user would then have to either put content in each of the n
panels on the page or be forced to use a special printing process to
print the lables correctly.

The provided Avery templates simply provide one lable to fill out and
then the template handles all the imposition and printing issues.

BUT...how does one produce such a template that can be accessed as a
lable template from within MSPub in teh same way that one can access one
of the Avery templates provided?

I've tried "custom" in the lable setup, but it doesn't (seem to) offer a
way to set the # lables per row or column. (or at least I didn't find it).

Then again, where would such a template be stored such that it could be
used by another MSPub user (iow...if I created and sdaved it, where
wouold I (a) find it as a discrete itme and (b) whjere would I instruct
anotehr user to place if for use?

Save the setup as a template, file, save as, files of type, Publisher template. When
you want to use it, file, new, click template.
You can use any Avery template, decorate it any way you want and save it as a
template.
Templates are stored on your computer in a folder similar to this:
C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Application Data\Microsoft\Templates
