Changing the color scheme within one document

When I change  the color scheme, it changes all pages. How can I have
different colr schemes for different pages? Example: I want my cover page
colored in say DarkBlue scheme, then 3 pages Black and white followed by
another page with a Citrus color scheme and so on...

Set them up as separate documents.
