how to convert  doc template from publisher to word doc &print

having created from MS publisher letterhead template.  I can't write text
after saving to file.
the purpse is to creat my own stationary and write letters in word.
help I have spent all day with tech support who do not have a solution.
very frustrated.

I have put a few images on this page, maybe it will make it easier for you to
understand. I have only made the use of the letterhead available in Publisher.
If you must use the letterhead in Word, right-click your creation, save as a picture,
insert it into Word.
