We are working on producing our yearbook using Publisher 2003.  Each student
has been assigned a layout and each layout has been saved.  I would like to
know if there is a way to take all these layouts and combine them into one
Publisher file so I can arrange them for printing.  I have tried copying and
pasting, but the clipboard will not hold all the information from some of the
layout pages.

You can use a PDF for combining. There are free converters around.

If they are merge documents, they can be combined in step five of the merge
wizard.
