I would like to create a template that has about 10 tickets per page (2
columns of 5) that will have sequential numbers and the same back and with no
stubs.

If the back of the ticket is simply informational, print it first.
Create a database with your numbers and do a mail merge for the front.
The page setup is a regular business card setup.
